Go to website cfms.ap.gov.in.
Select +Employee Service.
Click on My Payslip.
Enter Your CFMS ID.

Go to Treasury website www.treasury.ap.gov.in.
Login DDO Code with Password.

Note the TBR Number Generated.
The User field is filled out.
The Password field is filled out.
Click Log On.
Click Bill Life Cycle Management(BLM).
Then Click 2017-101924.

Click Employees Bill.
Click Notes and Documents.
A text is entered in the Notes text field.
Click on Submit.
Click on User.
